Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Buy9ja Digital Market Limited. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services.

By accessing or using Buy9ja, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform": The Buy9ja website and apps.
  • "User": Anyone accessing the Platform.
  • "Vendor": Verified sellers listing products.
  • "Escrow": Our secure payment protection service.

2. Eligibility

To use Buy9ja, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be a resident of Nigeria.
  • Have legal capacity to enter contracts.

3. Account Registration

General Accounts

You must provide accurate info and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Vendor Accounts

Vendors must complete verification, pay the ₦5,000 fee, and submit valid ID/business documents.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Violate laws or regulations.
  • Post false or fraudulent content.
  • Harass or abuse other users.
  • Sell illegal or prohibited items.

5. Payment & Fees

Vendor Fees

  • • Verification: ₦5,000 (One-time)
  • • Commission: 5% per sale

Buyer Fees

  • • Registration: Free
  • • Pay: Product Price + Delivery

6. Limitation of Liability

Buy9ja acts as a marketplace connecting users. We do not manufacture products and are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform.
